Village of Briarcliff Village Council Public Hearing Minutes December 7, 2021
Mayor Hostetler called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Present: Aldermen: Elliott, Johnston, Richmond and Taylor. Absent: Alderman Aldrich.
Mayor Hostetler read the Final Report of the Board of Aldermen on request of Rezoning of lots 1375 and 1378, Briarcliff Inc. Section 9 amended, commonly known as 406 and 408 Sleat Drive, Owned by Triple BB Marina, LTD.
Thomas Maione gave a detailed presentation of the proposed condos, and introduced his builder Bill Aydam, who has been building for many years around the surrounding areas. He explained that if the Council approves then he will need the Briarcliff Property Owners (BPOA) approval.
Two Briarcliff Residents support the project of building the Condos.
Mayor Hostetler announced the Council will meet tomorrow night to discuss and to possibly give the final approval of the change to the Zoning Ordinance.
