Mayor Hostetler gave an update about ongoing activities:
Our trenching company plans to start trenching July, 6. The route will be primarily on the road right-of-way although it will cross three lots and will include five road cuts. I plan to walk the route with Jon Long, the owner of βWe Love Treesβ on July 2 or 3 when the equipment will be delivered. The BPOA has decided to only contribute $3,000 toward the project. My estimated total cost is $12,000 unless we have to go with Lone Star Paving who estimated $7,000 to fix road cuts.
Constable Deputy: Introduce Deputy Luis Ozuna, Sergeant Deleon and Deputy Dillion.
Mayor Hostetler will work with the BPOA of where to post the Constables signs.
Mayor Hostetler read the Constables Security Report:
Numerous Community Contacts, Calls for Service, 6 Assist Other Agencies, 5 Family Disturbance, 1 Stolen vehicle, 1 Arrest and 16 Warnings, 9 Traffic stops and 6 Warnings.
City Administrator reported we just finished collecting the lead and copper water samples for 20 residents today. Low water loss for the last four months. Next the Buoyβs will be installed.
