Mayor Pro Tem Aldrich called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Present: Elliott, Johnston, Richmond and Taylor. Absent: Mayor Hostetler
Alderman Taylor made a motion, seconded by Alderman Elliott, to accept and waive the reading of the minutes of the March 30, 2022, Village Council Regular Monthly Meeting. All in favor, motion passed.
Alderman Richmond gave a brief review of the revenues and expenses of the March, 2022 financials.
Mayor Pro Tem announced it is time for the May 1 – September 30 mandatory watering schedule.
Sargeant Lawrence Edwards and Scott Ginnetti were present and stated that it has been business as usual.
City Administrator, Aaron Johnson gave a brief report regarding the Utilities.
