PEC has contracted with a company called Growth Solutions to provide Tree Growth Regulators to trees growing under electrical lines. Door hangers are then provided to those homes with offers to homeowners for a free application of the Regulators. I’ve confirmed this with PEC and with our Texas Forest Service representative.
