Mayor Pro-Tem Aldrich called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Present: Alderman Elliott, Johnston, and Taylor. Absent: Alderman Richmond.

Alderman Elliott made a motion, seconded by Alderman Taylor, to accept and waive the reading of the minutes of the September 14, 2022 Public Hearing. All in favor, motion passed.

Alderman Elliott made a motion, seconded by Alderman Taylor, to accept and waive the reading of the minutes of the October 26, 2022, Village Council Regular Monthly Meeting. All in favor, motion passed.

Village Clerk, Tina Linder no need to review the October financials since this is the first month of the new Fiscal Year.

Alderman Johnston made a motion, seconded by Alderman Elliott confirm 2023 Regular Monthly Meeting Schedule and Holiday Closings for the Village of Briarcliff. All in favor, motion passed.

Alderman Elliott made a motion, seconded by Alderman Taylor, approval of the Lake Travis View as the Village of Briarcliff Public Notice Newspaper. All in favor, motion passed.

Update regarding ongoing activities: Briarcliff Parade of Lights

Security Report: Travis County Constable’s Office Precinct #2 Scott Ginnetti #262, Sr. Deputy Constable, Daily activities includes Patrol every street for visibility purposes to deter crime, taking calls for service, self- initiating personal contact with the community to build a better partnership and stationary and rolling radar for compliance of the speed limit. Monthly Patrol 140 Hours. Notes/Points of Interest: Deceased person on Felica was not a resident of Briarcliff. Investigation is in progress.

City Manager, Aaron Johnson gave a brief update.
