Village of Briarcliff Village Council Regular Meeting Minutes December 04, 2024

Alderman Aldrich called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Present: Aldermen Charlesworth, Johnston, Aldrich, Taylor and Richmond. Absent: Mayor Hostetler.

Citizen’s communications: Resident on Scone Drive had a complaint regarding a noise nuisance against her neighbor across the street. Stated that her neighbor drives a black Mustang that must have been modified because it is extremely loud. She has emailed videos to the Village to show proof of what they have been dealing with and has sent formal complaints. The Council and City Secretary informed her that the Constables have been made aware of the situation.

Alderman Taylor made a motion, seconded by Alderman Johnston, to accept and waive the reading of the minutes of the October 30, 2024, Public Hearing. All in favor, Motion passed.

Village Financial Report for October and November 2024 read by Alderman Richmond.

Update about ongoing activities: Nothing to report.

No Security Report.

City Administrator gave updates regarding the main line going down Pace Bend Road and how there may be changes to the easement release we were originally going to receive.
