VILLAGE OF BRIARCLIFF Special Meeting of the Village of Briarcliff Minutes - November 20, 2019

Mayor Hostetler called the meeting to order at 9:10 a.m.

Present: Aldermen Hertel, Johnston, Aldrich, Elliott and Richmond.

Major Hostetler explained the purpose of the meeting was to review a draft resolution to modify the Village building codes. The resolution applies to the clearing of vegetation, grading of land, and removal of trees from lots for development and construction purposes.

Before reviewing the resolution in detail, Mayor Hostetler asked Council members if they thought this process should even be addressed. Council members unanimously agreed.

Council then proceeded to discuss and modify the draft resolution in detail. Council agreed that a new draft will be produced and distributed to members for further review.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:40 a.m. Allen Hostetler, Mayor
