Village Incorporation Order (1984)

ORDER 10,370

WHEREAS, an election was held on August 11, 1984, for consideration of incorporation of the Villages of Highland Lake Estates, Lago Vista, Briarcliff, Bar-K, Highland Country Club, and City of Jonestown; and

WHERAS, the results of those elections favored the incorporations of the above named villages and city; and

WHEREAS, the above named Villages and City are hereby declared incorporated,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the Commissioners Court of Travis County Texas that a Certified Copy of the Boundary Maps and Descriptions of each Village and City presently filed in the Probate Clerk’s Office be filed in the Travis County Deed Records.

APPROVED and SIGNED this 10th day of September, 1984.
